Waterjet Design SERVICES

The waterjet machine must be programmed with a special toolpath file that defines the machine motions and cutting parameters. Our waterjet software defines toolpath/part geometry in a .dxf file format. This is the best type of file to provide and results in the least amount of programming cost.
We can work with virtually any type of data format such as a sketch, hard copy, photograph, pixel-based image, or vector-based file. This chart below illustrates the various types of information that might be available at the beginning of the programming phase and the steps necessary to convert that data into a toolpath.
