Titan Watejet's (a division of HDW) mission is to produce the finest quality parts possible from sheet and plate goods. Our specialty is utilizing state-of-the-art abrasive waterjet technology to cut shapes, profiles, and internal geometries in just about any type of material imaginable.

Our Omax Fabricator is an amazing machine that can handle parts as large as 6’ x 20’ (if we pull out the stops!) yet still maintain an accuracy and repeatability of +/- 0.005”. Despite its size, this machine is an excellent tool for cutting small parts too.

This machine features a Tilt-a-Jet mechanism that is used to correct for kerf angles. We can produce the squarest edges possible with a waterjet cutter in thin or thick materials, typically alleviating the need for post machining.
